Wang Yuanqi 王原祁

1642-1715 China/Qing Dynasty

Brief Biography-Wang Yuanqi was born in Taicang in 1642. He gained status as an Attendant Gentleman of the Ministry of Revenue and later painted for Emperor Kangxi. As a result, he became listed as one of the Four Wangs, including his grandfather Wang Shimin, Wang Hui, and Wang Jian.
