Brief Biography-Juan Correa was an artist likened to Miguel Cabrera and Cristóbal de Villalpando; however, he was one of the more productive artists in Mexico. Amongst his numerous religious works are paintings in the Mexico City Cathedral and several churches throughout the country. His most noted student was José de Ibarra. |
